The Communications Committee advises and assists all three parishes with print and electronic communications. Committee members help improve communication within the three parishes and with stakeholders outside the parish community. They also support other ministries with their communication needs, and they work on branding and marketing initiatives to promote the Tri-Parishes as a welcoming, serving and transforming community. Volunteers should be comfortable reaching out to others to gather or share information. It is also helpful to have some knowledge of or interest in communication media. The committee meets once a month for one to two hours, usually at St. Peter Claver, with specific days and times to be determined. The committee also meets during the All Commissions and Committees Evening, which takes place on the third Thursday of each month. Additional time may be needed for specific projects.
