The Welcoming Committee helps Immaculate Conception, St. Peter Claver, and Ss. Cyril and Methodius be welcoming places for new members, visitors, and existing parishioners. High school and adult volunteers should be comfortable sharing ideas for possible events and should be willing to help plan, create, and update information packets to reach out to new and existing parishioners. The Welcoming Committee tries to meet once a month on a Monday evening from 6 to 7 pm at St. Peter Claver. Committee members also occasionally attend Stewardship Commission meetings, which are held on the third Thursday of the month at St. Peter Claver.
