The Pastoral Council is an advisory group that works closely with the pastor to guide and shape the direction of evangelism, worship, religious education, and service initiatives within all three parishes. The council consists of two at-large members from each parish, selected through a discernment-based nomination process. At-large members serve three-year terms with a two-term limit. Members must be at least 18 years old and actively involved in parish life, including Mass and the sacraments. All members must be able to actively participate in meetings and adhere to the council’s guidelines. It is important for the council to reflect a broad representation of the parish community, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. The council meets at St. Peter Claver from 6:30 to 8 pm on the fourth Wednesday of every month, with a two-month break during the summer.
