About Mr. Horzen

Hello! My name is Matt Horzen and I am very excited to be in my 2nd year as an educational assistant here at CCA. I graduated in 2009 from Lakeland College with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Mathematics. Before coming to CCA in 2022 I spent 11 years teaching 7th grade math in Sheboygan. I have really enjoyed my time here at CCA as all of the staff and students are so great to work with!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and watching sports. I am a very big Chicago Cubs fan and spend a lot of my time in the summer going to baseball games.

I am looking forward to another great year and am excited for all the opportunities to help the students continue to grow here at CCA!
