Classroom Page – Phy Ed MIDDLE SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION EXPECTATIONS Grades: daily grade – being on time (5 minutes to change before and after class) – being properly dressed in your gym uniform – effort- performing with more than minimum effort – listening and following directions written tests – on rules and terminology for many of the units – tests are based on class instruction and study sheets – usually 20% of your grade skills – shows growth and improvement physical fitness test (grades 3-8) -need to meet the requirements to pass the test given twice a year – start by practicing at home on sit-ups, push-up, stretching (for V-sit), and running to get ready for the mile.
