Welcome to 4K Preschool!
Hi, I am Dawn Lynch, the lead 4K Preschool teacher here at Christ Child Academy. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Special Education. My certifications include Early Childhood, three to five year olds, and Mild/Moderate Cognitive Disabilities K-9.
I am an active member of Immaculate Conception Parish. I sang in the parish choir for 17 years before developing vocal nodules after Assistant Coaching the Sheboygan South Girls Swim Team in 2015. While I am not able to sing as often as I would like, I still enjoy singing in the classroom with my students! 🙂 Music is a special joy that I love to share with others, especially young children! I, occasionally, still sing for funerals, weddings and other special events.
I officially joined the CCA teaching staff in 2005. I have prior experience teaching in the public schools, however, I feel that I have “found my place” here with the Christ Child Academy “Family”. I have had the joy of being both teacher and parent here at CCA. I have two beautiful daughters. Both of my daughters are proud CCA Alumni. My eldest daughter is, currently, a senior at Marian University in Fond du Lac and my youngest is a freshman at Fox Valley Tech in Appleton. My husband, Mark, and I enjoy living in Sheboygan! I feel God has called me to teaching here at Christ Child Academy. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to teach at the school that my family loves and at a school I have faith in. I am both excited and proud to be teaching God’s lessons to your precious young children!
I am Diane Mutsch and I’m very excited to assist in the 4K classroom this year. I have been working with children since 2000 in various schools and graduated with an A.A.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education. It’s rewarding for me to see how children grow in size, knowledge and their love for Jesus. I’m also Director of CCA’s Extended Day Program. My goal is to provide a safe and loving environment for children and develop hands on activities that meet the needs of children in an age appropriate manner.
